Seifer View Profile View Posts. Most guild traders are found in most cities with a small amount in the wildness. Just use the map in-game to found them. I run into guild traders more than normal vendors. How is this a problem? Seifer could be right; maybe you're not sticking to the big cities much. Originally posted by D. Each player can place items up for auction and let other players bid, or sometimes buy the item outright for a fixed price.

In ESO things work a little differently. There is no unified auction house in the Elder Scrolls Online, all trading goes through what is known as Guild Traders. Throughout the world of Tamriel there are special merchants known as Guild Traders. Guild traders in ESO can be hired by player formed guilds to act as their sales representative. Once a guild trader has been hired by a guild, members of that guild can now start to put items up for sale.

These items will be sold by that guild trader and only that guild trader. When somebody visits that specific guild trader and purchases an item, the person who put that item up for sale will get the money sent to them by mail. So if you are looking to join a trading guild in order to sell your scavenged loot, you want to make sure that A: The guild you are joining actually has a guild trader.

B: Check where the guild trader is located. See the image below. As you might have guessed, being part of a guild that has hired a trader in a highly populated area will bring in a lot more sales than if it has a trader in a remote location.

They are attempting to have a one-stop shop for browsing ALL the guild traders in a single search. For the most part, it works really well, it relies on people having their addon installed which fetches information every time someone visits a guild trader and sends it to their database. You will notice that it is often outdated, but I have managed to pinch some really fabulous deals by looking at recently posted items on Tamriel Trade Centre. This is a blind bid, you have no idea what other guilds have bid, or if there even is a bid placed on the trader you are trying to secure.

Every Sunday each guild is informed of whether they won the bid or not. If a guild failed to secure a guild trader they will be sent back the money they bid. Skip to primary navigation Skip to main content Skip to primary sidebar.

Leave a Reply. Simply, what city is best to go guild shopping? What area has the most traders in a small area and is the most sought after? Rawl'ka in Reaper's March tends to be the 1 spot to hang out. I don't log out there anymore however as it can get so busy you have trouble logging back in. Craglorn used to be decent, I still check it sometimes, but the other Undaunted Enclave cities: Grahtwood, Mournhold and Wayrest are pretty good as well.

I always check them as well when looking. Riften has a couple good stores too they should really move all the kiosks for riften inside the city, close to the shrine, that city would be almost as popular as Rawl'ka if they did, I bet. April All the above Some weeks there are a few half decent traders in Coldharbour. Edited by Flaminir on April 3, PM. Do you mean Stormhold in Shadowfen? Wayrest is the capital of Stormhaven. These are usually the best place to hunt for something hard to find, and likely to have better stable prices since they compete with each other.

The 12 remaining alliance zones will have a cluster of 5 traders in one of the major cities. Aside from Khenarthi's, all the remaing zones should have solo traders near a wayshrine as does each outlaw refuge. Solo traders are likely to have more varied prices since there's no one near by to compare against.

You might find an amazing deal, or get ripped off. Personally Mournhold is may favorite, 7 shops circling the wayshrine. Mournhold is by far the best. All the shops and crafting stations circle right around the Wayshrine, leaving easy access to everything.

The only bad thing about it is that the bank and stables are on the other side of town, but it's not a long walk. Sign In or Register to comment.Join VIP to remove all ads and videos.
